VALUABLE ECONOMIC INDICATORS AMONG HYBRIDS OF PERUVIAN COTTON GENOTYPES

In a result of conducted studies for the first time on hybrids of intraspecific diversity of G.barbadense L. and interspecific hybrids with wild species G. darwinii Watt., scientific and practical results were obtained on the study of the inheritance, variability and correlations of farm valuable traits, how to perform selection of genotypes with positive traits and properties, the creation of new lines and varieties of fine-fiber cotton with a complex of farm valuable traits based on the stabilization of traits. As a result of breeding in hybrid generations of the subspecies vitifolium with Karshi-8 variety of G. barbadense L. species, a new fine-fiber cotton variety “Angor with” with a weight of raw cotton of 4.8 g in one boll, fiber length 40.2 mm, fiber yield 36.5%, weight of 1000 seeds 141.0 g microneuron fiber 4.1 a relative breaking load of 43.6 gs / tex, with a semiaverage length of 1.41 inches, was developed and introduced into production. The created lines and the new variety “Angor” are recommended for use as a valuable initial material for further genetic breeding on fine-fiber cotton.
