Abstract

The study shows an interconnection between cognitive executive functions and leisure activity among high school students studying in Russia in a megapolis and a provincial town. Students filled a questionnaire about their preferred leisure activity and took a computer test that evaluated their cognitive functions. Processed data indicate more high speed and homogeneity of test results at megapolis and that students from both locations prefer spending most of their leisure time in social networks.
