Abstract

The 21st four Cs has been characterized as remarkable index of cooperative interaction with high-tech world. On that account, this survey has targeted to synchronize four learning skills namely critical thinking, collaboration, communication and creativity into EFL context in term of theory and practice examination. Doing so, the researcher has conducted two phases of four Cs questionnaires to 40 English instructors who were selected from Private faculty of Sari and Islamic Azad University of Chaloos as well as English language learning institutes within. The participants' role as the study request was to submit their primary attitudes toward efficacy of four Cs in language learning and after going through the teaching process for 6 weeks that was based on the pre-training and modified syllabus they have got from 5 members of English faculties, the teachers were called upon to re-answer the questionnaire to ascertain congruence the attitude toward four Cs and their expectations from that "attitude" are. The results drawn from Descriptive analysis and Paired Sample t-test has ranked critical thinking and collaboration as the highest and lowest divisions from the participants' primary attitude that coupled with significant difference between primary attitude and subsequent expectation or so called practice aspect of critical thinking, collaboration and creativity divisions.
